Ingredients :
  •     1 ripe avocado
  •     1 large tomato
  •     Half white onion
  •     Half a small cucumber
  •     2 tablespoons olive oil
  •     a quarter teaspoon salt
  •     a quarter teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions :
  1. Cut and peel avocado. 
  2. Cut tomatoes, onions, cucumber, and avocado into bite-size pieces.
  3. Pour in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss everything together and serve.
